Type: modern detached family dwelling.
Brief: This project, now complete, was a two storey, new build dwelling in the Town of Stanmore, London.
The application site originally contained a 2 storey, 3 bedroom detached dwelling.
My clients wanted to demolish the existing dwelling and erect a replacement 2 storey, 4 bedroom property.
The new dwelling was to be modern in form and construction. Other modern features: see through glass floors, free standing stairs, underfloor heating and walk in showers.
All landscaping for the replacement dwelling was to remain as existing.
